Delivery Information
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed until midnight on weekdays will be shipped on the following business day via our next-day delivery service. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your order will be delivered to the doorstep of your house/building within 1 to 2 working days from the day of dispatch. Please note that for the postal zones outside of the UK Mainland zone delivery may take an additional 1-2 working days for the order to be delivered.
Is it possible for me to select a specific time slot for the delivery?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer the option to choose a specific time slot for delivery. However, our delivery partner will notify you in advance of the expected delivery date and provide you with a tracking number for the shipment. Please note that all orders are delivered between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays only.
How do I track my order?
The tracking number will be sent to the customer via email and text message.
Will my order be delivered directly to my doorstep?
The order will be delivered to the doorstep of the house or the entrance door of the building. Please note that we do not deliver orders directly to the customer's doorstep within the building, such as flats.
Do you offer delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland ?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery to these locations.
