Would you like to cancel an order that has already been dispatched?

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, please follow the steps outlined below:

  2. Provide us with the cancellation reason and your order number.
  3. Provide us with your full name, delivery address, and mobile number.
  4. We will make every effort to assist you in cancelling the delivery. However, if the order is already out for delivery with the courier, kindly ensure that you reject the delivery and request the driver to return it to the seller.
  5. If you have rejected the delivery, please notify us accordingly.

Once we have confirmed that your order has been rejected and is in the process of being returned to us, we will promptly issue you a full refund. You can rest assured that we will take care of it. Easy!

 

Have you ordered something and then realised that it is no longer needed?

Our customer-friendly free return policy allows you to return your product within the 30 days commencing from the day you received it. Should you decide to initiate a return within this period, please ensure that the goods are in pristine and unused condition, returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a free return, please follow the steps outlined below:

  2. Provide us with the reason for your return and your order number.
  3. Provide us with the necessary collection details, including your full name, collection address, and mobile number.
  4. Please wrap your item as securely as possible so that everything is in perfect condition when it arrives back at our warehouse.
  5. Please inform us of the most suitable collection date. Please note that collection can only take place on weekdays, and it is essential for someone to be present at the designated collection address between 8 AM and 6 PM. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific time slot for collection.
  6. Rest assured, our trusted courier partner will arrive with a pre-printed return label, eliminating the need for you to print any return documents or courier labels. We have taken care of this process for your convenience.

Once you have returned your item, we will refund you in full. Sorted!

 

Can I return a product that was purchased more than 30 days ago?

Unfortunately, as a general policy, we do not accept returns for products purchased more than 30 days ago. However, we do consider each request individually, and in some exceptional cases, we may accept returns for products purchased beyond the 30-day timeframe.

Please be aware that for returns outside of our 30-day policy, the following charges apply:

  1. Collection fee: £35
  2. Re-stocking fee: £15

If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the collection of the item. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, it will undergo inspection. If everything is in order, we will process a refund to you, with the applicable fees deducted. That's it!

  • Replacement part sent to you via next-day shipping.
  • Collection of the item and exchange for a new product.
  • Collection of the item and a full refund.
