If you need to return an item because it is faulty or as a result of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs. If, however, you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return or collection costs.
If for some reason you are not happy with the product you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund once the product has been return to us. The item has to be new unused in original packaging. Simply contact us and we will deal with your return.
If you realize after the delivery that the item is damaged or you are unhappy with the quality just contact us as soon as possible ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage. We will assist you with your complain and either offer a full refund and collection, replace the damaged part, or replace an item.
Order can be cancelled any time before the item is dispatched. Simply contact us and we will cancel your order and give you a full refund. Cancellation made after the dispatched of your item will need to be made at the time of delivery via a refusal of delivery or within 14 days of delivery by contacting us. Once you have notified us of your unwanted item, we will arrange for collection of the item by our courier, who will advise you of a proposed collection date shortly after. You will receive a full refund once the item has been returned to us. Please note we do not cover the cost of posting back the item.
